How long will it take to deliver my parcel(s)?

Shipping may take between 1-3 weeks, depending on your location, the shipping method chosen and the opening hours of your local post office.

The average delivery time is around 14 business days.

Will you notify me when my parcel arrives?

We use a powerful tracking system for most of our orders, it depends on your location. You will be notified as the status of your order changes, for example, when your order is processed, shipped, arrived at transit locations, and when it reaches you.

If I order multiple items, will they arrive in 1 package?

Our customers have provided us feedback to send orders as soon as possible, so your orders may come in separate packages to ensure you get your items sooner.

Who delivers my item(s)?

Your orders are delivered by our fulfilment centre and go through the shipping method you have chosen.

What time are deliveries usually made? 

Deliveries are typically made during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm), this depends on the shipping method chosen, you can add special instructions at check-out if you need us to handle delivery of your products in a special way.

What happens if I am not at home?

In most cases deliveries need to be signed-for, therefore the courier or postal service will leave a note in your mailbox for you to pick up your item(s) from their collection centre, you will need to produce a valid ID with your address if you decide to pick up your item from a collection centre.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from one of our fulfilment centres in the US or directly from Asia, sometimes from Australia.

What happens if I need to change my deliver address?

Contact our support team on support@tinytechguy.com, and we will gladly update your order for you.

How do I change my name and other account or profile related information?

Click on the “My Account” link on the top navigation bar, it should be located on every page.

How can I change my billing address?

Billing address information cannot be edited once an order is placed to prevent fraud, please contact our support team on support@tinytechguy.com if you need to update your billing address details.

How do I view my orders?

Under the My Account page, there will be a button to view your orders, as shown below.

RETURNS

Can I return my product(s)?

Yes, we offer a 100% no questions asked guarantee, your product needs to be in its original packaging, and you will have to pay for the item to be shipped back to our Australian fulfilment centre.

What if my item is damaged during delivery?

In this case you are entitled to a 100% refund or we will gladly send out a replacement, you must return the original product and pay for return shipping costs.

If you experience this issue, please ensure you notify us within 2 days of receiving your item by contacting our support team and raising a ticket on support@tinytechguy.com.

WARRANTY

What warranty comes with the product?

We pride ourselves on customer service, if you are not 100% satisfied, we are not happy.

Most of our products come with a 3-month to 12-month warranty. 

If for any reason you are not happy, just contact us and we will do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied.

For example, if after 24 months, somehow the strings on your guitar break, no problems, just contact our support team on support@tinytechguy.com and we will gladly send you out a new pack of guitar strings without charge.

All we ask is that you be fair … that’s all 🙂
